The client acknowledges that final approvals (including company name allocation, trademark registration, or GST approval) are subject to discretionary statutory review by the respective government authorities.
The client agrees to provide authentic, accurate, and unaltered documents and disclosures. Any penalties, rejections, or delays resulting from inaccurate data, delayed OTP authentications, or forged submissions remain the sole responsibility of the client.
Service pricing represents professional facilitation fees. Statutory stamp duties, registration fees, or state-specific taxes not explicitly specified in the package must be borne by the client as required under relevant legislation.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
